With a 3L turbocharged V6 engine matched to an 8-speed automatic transmission with 349 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, it’s pretty quick. It goes 0-100 km/h in 5.0 seconds and 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds. Premium fuel is required. The SQ5 offers a sporty design with a wide honeycomb front grille, high-gloss window trim, slim LED headlights and LED taillights with dynamic indicators, standard 21” wheels, 20” in the US, quad exhausts, a panoramic sunroof, power tailgate and illuminated door sills. A panoramic sunroof is available on the base model in the US for $1,450 USD and comes standard on the middle Premium Plus trim. You can add 21” wheels to the base trim for $1,000 USD. In Canada, Audi no longer offers a base model trim. Our test model has the black optics package for $800 CAD/$600 USD, it turns up the sportiness even more with a blacked-out grille, black window surrounds and roof rails.
