The turrets snap neatly, and the controls all seem to work precisely. The BDC reticle is a nice upgrade, too. But the real party piece is the glass. The image is bright and clear from edge to edge, with almost no noticeable chromatic aberration. Resolution is shockingly high, and there is no color cast. It's a budget scope, so there has to be a downside, which in this case is relatively minor: the zoom ring and eyepiece aren't particularly smooth, and there is noticeable barrel distortion.
