| Video Discription | Orange you glad you got your Nickelodeon? Because it's time to watch some Saturday morning cartoons (and also shows that aren't cartoons) on the first kids' network. This is a compilation video I put together using footage of commercials and episodes from shows that played on Saturday mornings (from eight in the morning to noon) on Nickelodeon in the early 90's. It is based off schedules from the year 1990 for Saturday mornings on Nickelodeon. Certain shows (like The Mysterious Cities of Gold and Nickelodeon's Most Wanted: Yogi Bear) can't be used for copyright reasons. These shows were substituted with other great cartoons and shows that played on Nickelodeon around the same time. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg Saturday morning broadcast. This is the thirty-second Saturday morning cartoon compilation video I've uploaded like this, and the tenth video on a cable television network. It's also my second Nickelodeon video. While doing there first one, I realized that there were a lot of iconic Nick shows that wouldn't be included (like Double Dare and You Can't Do That On Television) and knew I would wind up making another one. I think this one turned out pretty well. As with any video I make, I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I did putting it together. This video was originally taken down over a copyright claim on Mr. Wizard's World. I made a second version of this video with a different schedule and different shows and episodes. Then the copyright claim was removed on this video. I don't know why, but now you can see two versions of this video.
