| Video Discription | Baby/Toddler Recipe | Simple Mong dal chilla for 7+ months Babies and toddlers (N for you😊) Ingredients and Method: *Wash rinse and soak 3 tbsp moong dal for 1-2 hours (I did overnight) *Grind soaked dals with greenery (parsley Coriander, basil) and Water(make sure to add little by little and make a thick batter) you can also add chillies and ginger ( your wish) *Transfer to mixing bowl. (Extraif you like to add veggies of your choicoff for it) Mix well. *Heat non stick pan and take one spoon of batter to make *Drizzle ghee and add finely chopped onion and tomato on top *flip it once done from one side Press it with spatula *Make sure that both the sides are cooked well. (It usually takes 2 min at medium flame for each side) *Serve with flavored yogurt or chutney of your choice. IMPORTANCE: Mong dal contains nutrients like iron, it helps in the baby's growth, and the huge calorie count gives him an immense amount of energy every day.
