Start off by paying attention to the energy you can put your hands over your heart and just the awareness in the center of your chest. Now put it into your heart center. As you put your awareness on this seed in your heart center and as you imagine it going into your heart, you can feel warmth in your heart. Begin to grow. You can feel this. Energy is starting to grow and expand throughout your and now understand at this, at this feeling has always been within you.
