Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Potatoes 4 (boil and slightly mash) -Oil 1 tbs -Mustard seeds ½ tsp -Nigella seeds ½ tsp -Chili flakes 1 tbs -Salt to taste -Potatoes -Yellow food color 1 pinch -Carrot pickle 2 tbs Directions: -Wash,peel and boil potatoes in a pot. -Slightly mash them with the help of masher,set aside. -In pan,add oil, mustard seeds, nigella seeds,red chili flakes,salt and boil & mashed potatoes with remaining water. -Add yellow food color and mix it. -Cook for 6-8 minutes. -Add carrot pickle and give it a good mix. -Serve with kahori and suji ka halwa. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Aalo 4 (boil and slightly mash) -Oil 1 tbs -Raai dana ½ tsp -Kalonji ½ tsp -Kuti lal mirch 1 tbs -Namak hasb e zarooart -Aalo -Zarde ka rang 1 pinch -Gajar achaar 2 tbs Directions: -Aalo ko dho ker,cheel ker,ubal lein. -Aalo ko halka sa mash ker lein masher ki madad sa,side per rakh dein. -Pan mein oil,raai dana,kalonji,kuti lal mirch,namak aur uballay &mash kliya hoye aloo bachay hoye pani ka saath dal dein. -Zarde ka rang dal ker mix ker lein. -6-8 mins kliya paka lein. -Gajar la achar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Kachori aur suji k halway k saath serve karein.
