Jamie Lee’s neighbors phoned dozens of times to report noise disturbances and violent outbursts. Jamie Lee was violent and unpredictable, and she had scared her carers from coming to her home anymore. Her increasingly violent crimes were cries for help, but no one was there to help her anymore. She had scared them all into hiding. Now, the worst had happened, and Melbourne authorities had to piece her story together.
