Ingredients: Paste -Dried Chillies 12nos -Fresh Red Chilies 3nos -Lemongrass 3 stalks -Turmeric 2pcs thumb size -Galangal 1 pcs thumb size -Shallots 200gm Broth -Tamarind 100g -Asam Keping (Tamarind Slice)5 slices -Daun Kesum (Vietnamese Coriander) 5 stalks -Ginger Flower 1 torch -Ikan Kembung (Mackerel) 0.5kg Garnish -Mint Leaves -Pineapple -Red Onion -Cucumber -Ginger Flower Laksa noodles or any rice-based noodles for substitution.
