| Video Discription | तुम्ही बनवलेल्या पदार्थांचे फोटो माझ्या Instagram वर पाठवू शकता :- https://www.instagram.com/saritaskitchenofficial/ आषाढ स्पेशल कापण्या रेसिपी :- ज्वारीच्या पिठाच्या तिखट पुऱ्या रेसिपी :- ज्वारी वापरुन कापण्या रेसिपी :- आषाढ महिना , पावसाळा आणि गरमागरम वाफाळता चहा आणि त्यासोबत प्रत्येक महाराष्ट्रियन घराघरात बनवल्या जातात त्या म्हणजे गव्हाच्या पिठाच्या कापण्या, किंवा ज्वारीच्या पिठाच्या कापण्या, किंवा बाजारीच्या पिठाच्या कापण्या. तसेच काही ठिकाणी त्यासोबत धपाटे सुद्धा बनवले जातात. धपाटे पारंपरिक पद्धतीने कसे बनवायचे त्याचा विडियो शेअर केला आहे , तसेच ज्वारीच्या पिठाच्या तिखट पुऱ्या याचा विडियो देखील शेअर केला आहे. पण आज आपण अगदी सोप्या पद्धतीने गव्हाच्या पिठाच्या खुसखुशीत तिखट पुऱ्या बनवतोय. तिखट पुरी बनवताना कधी मऊ होतात, कधी कडक होतात तर वतड होतात. पुरी वतड होऊ नये म्हणून इथे मी 2 टिप्स सांगितल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे पुरी एकदम खुसखूशीत होईल आणि अगदी 8-9 दिवस टिकतील. प्रवासात नेण्यासाठी एकदम उत्तम पर्याय आहे. मुलांना डब्यात / टिफिन मध्ये देण्यासाठी एकदम बेस्ट पर्याय आहे. अश्या पद्धतीने बनवलेल्या पुऱ्या प्रत्येक महाराष्ट्रियन घरात बनवली जाते. महाराष्ट्रियन घरात पूर्वापार पासून चालत आलेली परंपरा म्हणजे कापण्या धपाटे. नक्की बनवून पहा साहित्य :- एवढ्या प्रमाणात 40-50 पुऱ्या होतात / Ingredients (for 40-45 puris) गव्हाचे पीठ 2 कप / wheat flour 2 cups तांदळाचे पीठ 1/2 कप / rice flour 1/2 cup तेलाचे मोहन 2 -3 मोठे चमचे / oil 2-3 tbsp मीठ चवीनुसार / salt to taste हळद 1/2 चमचा / turmeric 1/2 tsp पांढरे तीळ 2-3 चमचे / white sesame 2-3 tsp कसूरी मेथी 1 मोठया चमचा / dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp कोथिंबीर 1/4 cup / fresh coriender 1/4 cup लसूण 20-25 पाकळ्या / garlic cloves 20-25 हिरवी मिरची 4-5 / green chillies 4-5 जिरे 1 चमचा / cumin seeds 1 tsp ओवा 1/2 चमचा / carom seeds 1/2 tsp तळण्यासाठी तेल / oil for frying In the month of ashadh, every maharashrian home we prepare kapanya and dhapate. Best authentic tea time snacks in this rainy season / or in monsoon. Kapanya is made up with jaggery and whole wheat flour. Kapanya is maharashtrian authentic sweet recipe. I have already shared the video for kapanya recipe. however, without tikhat puri kapanya is incomplete. Wehnever we make kapanya we prepare tikhat puri or dhapate.
