This is one of the first catches of this vehicle using it’s blue lights in a motorcade. Furthermore, the PM can be seen being escorted from Westminster Abbey (the Deputy Prime Minster, Oliver Dowen stepped in for the PM Rishi Sunak at PMQ's today) and then later being escorted to and from the Conservative HQ!
