Well, you are asking just the right person. There is now a platform for that -- it’s called “Idea bulb”. Any function can submit an idea, not just people working in innovation or not only someone working on the problem statement. Anybody can propose an idea and submit it to Idea Bulb. The IB team will work and engage with every person who submits an idea and connect them to the leaders Who will look at and evaluate my idea? Once your idea is submitted, it will be processed by IB team members and will be presented to the APAC leaders: Rob, Ritu, Helen, Chao, Alicia , and Heng Long who will listen and build on your ideas. What if my idea is not selected? All Ideas are reviewed and discussed with the opportunity of facetime with the Senior leaders, making colleagues feel valued, connected, recognized. Do I need to prepare a lot ahead of submission? It’s a one page proposal form only and if the idea is promising, a project team would work on the idea just like any other innovation project and take it further . Who will sponsor and is there budget to support my idea?
