Enable Captions for on-screen notes. This video also shows that a 100% Items score can be achieved without picking up weapons, ammo, full armor vests or health packs. (On this level, only the green armor helmets and blue health potions count toward the Items score.) To open the chamber containing the rocket launcher, you need to step across the top of the west-side pedestal in the larger room to the south, as seen at about 24s in the video. To do this, the player character has to be running from the nearby elevated platform. In PC games, running is typically enabled by holding the Shift key. In Classic Doom games on modern consoles, running is typically enabled by holding the Left trigger on the controller. Note however that some modern versions of Doom II have an 'Always Run' option that can be toggled on/off. If your version of the game has an Always Run option and it's currently On, then attempting to Run by holding Shift/L-trigger will make the player character move at normal speed instead.
