It should be located on the same FTP site as demonstrated in this video but the new version is found under Version 2.0. One step that I failed to mention. Please select Transfer from the ribbon. Click Transfer type and ensure binary is selected. Failing to do this will result in the client altering the content of text files and file names it deems non-ASCII.
