The crossline counting feature (beta) in AXIS Object Analytics counts objects that cross a virtual tripwire in a defined direction. An event can also be triggered whenever a set number of selected objects have crossed the line. It detects and classifies humans, vehicles, and types of vehicles. Thanks to AI-based algorithms and behavioral conditions, it analyzes the scene and spatial behavior of the objects within — all tailored to your specific needs. This scalable, edge-based analytics requires minimum set up and supports various scenarios running simultaneously. The video shows how the analytic can be used within AXIS Camera Station to provide information about your site that would normally be unknown. This example uses the Crossline counting feature (beta) within AXIS Object Analytics which is included in camera FW11.3* and AXIS Camera Station 5.51.
