| Video Discription | helooo, kali ini saya bikin ayam goreng tepung sagu. ini adalah salah satu ayam goreng yang sering saya bikin karna dengan nambahin tepung sagu di luarnya, ayamnya ini jadi garing di luarnya, dalemnya tetep empuk dan bisa juga ditambahin berbagai bumbu dan saus sesudahnya. Kadang saya pake ayam tulang, kadang juga pake fillet. Okee, selamat mencobaa :) RESEP AYAM GORENG TEPUNG SAGU Bahan-bahan : (*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt) 1/2 ekor ayam, potong 8 bagian 1/2 sdm air lemon 5 siung bawang putih, parut 1 - 1 1/2 sdm kecap asin 1/4 sdt merica 50g-100g tepung sagu Untuk ayam tanpa tulang : 1 pasang dada ayam fillet 1/2 sdm air lemon 3-5 siung bawang putih, parut 1 sdm kecap asin merica secukupnya Bumbu tambahan : Bumbu kentang goreng + cabe bubuk Saus : 1 sdm saus bulgogi/teriyaki/tiram 2 sdt kecap manis 1 sdt kecap asin 1 sdt gula palem 1/8 sdt merica Untuk lebih gampang liat resep-resep yang lain, bisa dilihat di playlist Youtube : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO0e8HW4CCxgObieF5cajuQ/playlists -------------------------------------------------------------------- SAGO FLOUR FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE Ingredients : (*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon.
