Using kitchen scissors, cut down the back of each lobster tail until right before you reach the tail. Use your fingers to dislodge the meat from the shell and set the meat ontop of the shell, as seen in the video. Season Lobster adequately and place on a wire rack/baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter and add lemon zest, juice, garlic, parsley, and seasoning. After 10 minutes in the oven, brush the melted butter mixture on the lobster tail and place in the oven on broil for 3-4 minutes or until evenly golden brown. Lobster is done at 145 degrees internal temp.
