| Video Discription | Good news! You can play Star Wars: Battlefront 2 with the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. The game is absolutely amazing in VR. It offers lots of settings that will enhance your experience ingame. For example the fov, render distance, first person mode and the fact it's well optimized for VorpX will make sure you have a great adventure. How to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 in VR Be sure you run the game in a borderless window before following this guide. VorpX Setup 1. Download VorpX: https://www.vorpx.com/ 2. Launch VorpX 3. Right click the exe. and select configure VorpX 4. In the config menu go to local profiles and search for Battlefront 1 or Battlefield Hardline. 5. Click Create a new profile based on this one. Give the new profile a name and hit OK. 6. In your new profile, click the "add" button. Find the battlefront 2 exe and add it. 7. hit Apply & close Origin Setup 7. Launch Origin 8. Before you jump into SW you have to disable Origin’s ingame overlay otherwise it will mess with VorpX. Go to application settings within the Origin client. Then choose the Origin In Game tab and disable it via the checkbox. SW Game Setup 9. Launch SW BF 2 10. Hit the delete key and go to main settings, turn Zbuffer on and max depth. 11. Next up go to display settings here you disable direct mode fluidsync. This will increase your framerate. If your fps stays low try alt+tabbing in and out of the game. 12. Close the VorpX menu by pressing delete again. 13. Go to the ingame options and make sure you max out the field of view (95-109) and use shift+scroll wheel to zoom-in or out. 14.
