Ontario Provincial Police closed the Toronto-bound QEW at Ontario Street shortly after 3 a.m. for an investigation. The northbound on ramp from Ontario Street was also shut down. The highway was closed for seven hours so officers could investigate a collision between a truck and a pedestrian that left an 18-year-old from Lincoln dead.
