This video will help you get the One Gun (finish the game using only the Plasma Cutter), Setting the Benchmark (finish the game on Medium Difficulty or higher) and Storyteller (collect 150 logs) achievements. Enjoy and like and subscribe for more! The story takes place in 2508, when humanity has taken to space travel and planet cracking in order to gather resources needed for survival. One of the biggest planetcracking ships, the USG Ishimura, is sent when a mining colony has unearthed an alien artifact, to bring the discovery back to Earth. When all contact with the ship and colony is lost, a small repair vessel is sent to investigate their distress call. The player is Isaac Clarke, a ship systems engineer, one of the crew dispatched to the Ishimura, who has a girlfriend, Nicole Brennan, aboard the planetcracker. Instead of finding a welcoming commitee, Isaac and his crew find themselves in the middle of a bloodbath as a mysterious alien organism has killed and infected most of the Ishimuras' crew.
