| Video Discription | Highrise City is a fairly new indie city building game that feels a bit like a mix between Anno 1800 and Cities Skylines, with sprinkles of Tropico mixed in. Originally developed by a solo developer, the game was released into early access in 2022 with a full release in late 2023, just before the release of Cities Skylines 2. So is a game the Stardew Valley of City builders or a game that can be skipped? We'll take a look in today's video, we'll take a first look at the game, starting a new city as we go through the basic mechanics of the game.
