| Video Discription | 1 baguette (I used shallot Parmesan) 3lb Skirt steak Marinade: 4 cloves garlic Bundle cilantro 1/4 cup Worcestershire 1 lime zest and juice 1 lemon zest and juice 2 tsp salt Olive topping: 1 cup olives 1/4 cup capers Bundle cilantro or parsley 1 lemon 1/4 - 1/3 cup olive oil Salt to taste Go easy on the thyme 1 cup Truffle Mayo (use regular or add some truffle oil) I used @sauce 1 Tbsp Dijon 1-2 tsp horseradish (depends on your preference) Finish with cheese of choice, you can also add arugula and some sort of pickle!
