| Video Discription | Braised Lobster/ Shrimp with Sugarcane - spicy-sweet flavours. That's so delicious, let's go to the kitchen and learn how to delicious braised Lobster for tonight. Ingredients : ● 0.5 kg, Lobster/ Shrimp ● 1 stalk, Sugarcane ● 1 root, Carrot ● 4 cloves, Garlic ● 2 stems, Scallion (Garnish) ● 0.3 Kg, Palm Sugar ● 1 tsp, Salt ● 1 tsp, Pepper Powder ● 1 tbsp, Fish Sauce ● 600 ml, Water ● Cooking Oil. Method : 1. Clean the lobster, trim off the Rostrum, Eyes, Claws and Walking legs. 2. In a pot, prepare the sliced sugarcane at the bottom, next the lobster and carrot at the top and set aside. 3. In a pan, heat up the pan, pour the cooking oil and add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant and golden. 4. Add the palm sugar(to taste) and stir continuously until the sugar is caramelized, about 2 to 3 minutes. 5. After caramelized, add the salt, fish sauce/ soy sauce and pepper powder. 6. Pour the caramelized sugar onto the lobster and cook until the caramelized sugar begin melt, about 1 minutes. If the sugar isn't frozen, you don't need cook, Just skip and pour water. 7. Pour the water and cook for 15 minutes. 8. Sprinkle the scallion and serve.
