Some Ukrainians then move to get a better shot at Putin’s men. A fierce gun battle breaks out between the two sides. The Ukrainians use gunfire and grenades to keep the Russians pinned down and take them out. They keep moving forward to push their enemy backwards. At one point the Russians throw a grenade back, and it narrowly misses one of the Azov soldiers. Azov have now been holding the line in this forest for a year.
