Only 4 ingredients, no baking whatsoever, flourless, eggless but still yummy! Make it with your kids – they will definitely be delighted to help because who doesn’t like licking a bowl of chocolatey leftovers? This recipe had been on my TO DO list like forever and I had not managed to make a video & a post about it up until now (mainly thanks to one of our YouTube viewers iTzZKiMoOoHD Karim who requested it). It’s been a very long time since I made one of these (In my former work I made way too many of them so I think I needed a break). I didn’t use milk chocolate as mixing condensed milk with it would make it way too sweet. I suggest you try it once and then adjust to your liking. Because everyone has a different sweetness level, some may find it too sweet, some may not. Hope you’ll like it, though. INGREDIENTS: 400g (14oz) Digestive Biscuits - http://amzn.to/2kEnv4t 300g (10.5oz) Dark Chocolate (70%) - http://amzn.to/2kDRENg 200ml (7fl oz) Condensed Milk - http://amzn.to/2jzLpfK 150ml (5fl oz) Unsalted Butter - http://amzn.to/2jzHOOC METHOD: Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water. Add melted butter and mix until smooth. Remove from the heat. Mix in the condensed milk and let it cool a bit. Break the biscuits and throw them in a large bowl. Pour over the melted chocolate mix and stir until all the biscuit pieces are well covered (the best way to do it is with your hands & gloves). Line a loaf cake tin with baking paper (make sure all 4 sides are lined – to see how to line cake tins watch our video ) Transfer half of the mix into the loaf tin. Spread evenly with a spoon. Place a sheet of baking paper (large enough to cover the surface) over the biscuit mix and press down hard. Make sure you fill all the gaps. Now add the rest of the biscuit mix and repeat the same again. The cake is now ready to be chilled. However for an extra chocolate flavor you can melt some more chocolate with butter and pour it over. This will also fill any gaps. Wrap the loaf tin in a tin foil and place it in the fridge overnight. The following day simply take it out and cut into slices.
