You'll feel the toning elements as your arms and shoulders get a nice workout, and we didn't leave out the legs. So basically this is a full body workout -- just the way we like it! Intensity: Mid/high FIT TIP: challenge yourself to learn this choreography -- don't get intimidated by it. Start with the feet first and add the upper body movements as you build confidence with the footwork. Also, remember that modifications are your friend! If there's anything that feels too stressful on your joints or too difficult for your fitness level -- modify the moves to meet your specific needs.
