Baldwin primarily wants to exclude evidence of other incidents of his reckless gun handling on set and arguments about his role as a producer, along with certain opinion testimony and arguments from the State. The State primarily wants to exclude a state Safety Board report of its investigation and findings and witnesses, evidence of the related civil suits against Baldwin and producers, and certain witnesses it argues do not have relevant testimony to offer.
