| Video Discription | The original GoPro lens is a 12mm F2. 8 Prime lenses. The minimum focusing distance is 30cm or 12inch. In other words, anything beyond 1 feet is clear and anything less than 1 feet is blurred. Using this 15x macro lens for GoPro make close-up shooting possible. To remove the lens, simply turn the lens 45 degrees, either clockwise or counterclockwise. When installing the lens, place the lens at a 45-degree angle, then rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise until it reaches the normal position. Comparing the original lens and this macro lens: GoPro 12 original lens: When the subject is more than 1 foot away, it is in focus; when it is less than 1 foot away, it starts to lose focus. 15X macro lens: It won't focus at normal shooting distance (about 1 foot).
