Oreo Ice Cream merupakan salah satu variasi dari es krim yang bisa kita buat di rumah. Rasanya enak, creamy, gurih, dan manis. Cocok disajikan untuk anak-anak dan keluarga. Resep Oreo Ice Cream (untuk 12 porsi) Bahan: 500 ml whipping cream / 150 gr whip cream bubuk + 350 ml susu cair dingin / air dingin 150 ml susu kental manis 1 bungkus oreo (kemasan 133 gr) ½ sdt garam (opsional) 50 gr cokelat, cincang (opsional) Langkah: 1. Campurkan susu kental manis, cream, dan garam lalu aduk menggunakan mixer hingga mengental dan meninggalkan jejak tetapi jangan terlalu kaku 2. Hancurkan biskuit oreo menggunakan rolling pin 3. Campurkan biskuit oreo dan coklat yang sudah dicincang hingga rata 4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga , pipihkan lalu tutup bagian ujungnya kemudian simpan di freezer 5. Simpan es krim di dalam freezer selama 3-4 jam lalu setiap 30-60 menit sekali remas-remas es krim kemudian simpan lagi di freezer, ulangi proses ini 2-3 kali 6. Pindahkan es krim ke dalam wadah, simpan lagi di freezer hingga beku 7. Scoop ice cream ke dalam gelas 8. Oreo ice cream siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] NO Machine! Combine the condensed milk, cream, and salt. Whip with a mixer until it thickens and leaves a track but not too stiff. 2. Pound the Oreos with a rolling pin. 3. Mix the Oreos and the chopped chocolate evenly. 4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag. Flatten, seal the edge, and keep in the freezer. 5. Chill the ice cream in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Every 30-60 minutes, massage the ice cream and return to the freezer. Repeat this process 2-3 times. 6. Transfer the ice cream into a container. Chill in the freezer thoroughly. 7.
