Banyak sekali sekali variasi dari masakan Italia ini, salah satunya creamy pasta. Kali ini aku akan share resep creamy mushroom spaghetti favorit keluarga. Pasta dengan saus creamy dari campuran susu, keju, dan kocokan telur ini memiliki rasa gurih manis, cocok untuk anak-anak. Resep Creamy Pasta (untuk 2 porsi) Bahan: 120 gr spaghetti ukuran 10 10 jamur champignon, iris 2 lembar smoked beef, iris Creamy sauce: ¼ siung bawang bombai, cincang 3 siung bawang putih, cincang ¼ sdt pala ½ sdt merica ½ sdm tepung terigu 100-200 ml air 80 ml cream 1 sdm mentega 1 sdm parmesan 1 sdm cheese spread 1 butir kuning telur ½ sdt garam 1 sdt gula Langkah: 1. Rebus spaghetti ¾ matang ±5-6 menit, tiriskan 2. Panaskan pan, tumis jamur dengan sedikit minyak hingga kering lalu tambahkan bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan smoked beef lalu tumis lagi hingga wangi 3. Tambahkan merica, pala bubuk, dan tepung kemudian masak hingga wangi 4. Masukkan air dan spaghetti kemudian bumbui dengan garam dan gula, masak hingga air sedikit surut lalu tambahkan cream, masak hingga meresap 5. Tambahkan mentega, parmesan, dan cheese spread aduk rata dan matikan api 6. Tambahkan kuning telur, aduk rata 7. The pasta with the creamy sauce made of milk, cheese, and egg yolk is savory and sweet, suitable for kids. Creamy Pasta Recipe (yield: 2 servings) Ingredients: 120 g Spaghetti No.10 10 pc Champignon mushroom, sliced 2 pc smoked beef, sliced Creamy Sauce: 1/4 pc onion, chopped 3 pc garlic, minced 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tbsp flour 100-200 ml water 80 ml cream 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp Parmesan 1 tbsp cheese spread 1 pc egg yolk 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar Steps: 1. Boil the spaghetti until 3/4 cooked for ±5-6 minutes. Set aside. 2. Heat the pan and sauté the mushroom with a bit of oil until fragrant. Add the onion, garlic, and smoked beef. Sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the pepper, nutmeg, and flour. Cook until fragrant. 4. Add in the water and spaghetti. Season with salt and sugar. Cook until the water is a bit reduced, then add the cream in and cook until it's well-absorbed. 5. Add the butter, Parmesan, and cheese spread in. Mix well and turn off the heat. 6. Add the yolk in. Mix well. 7.
