Not only is this care package super cute, but it made me realize how lame the ones were that I sent to my kids 😂 When we were done filming this video, my kids were quick to point out that the packages I sent weren’t lame at all. Because the only thing that they cared about was receiving one. That simple conversation made me realize yet again, how quick I am to bash myself for “not doing enough” or looking back and having a negative lens on how I operated in the past. My care packages were great and I need to continue to practice being a little more caring toward myself. And as he was packing this up, I happened to be on zoom with my friend who is also his girlfriend’s mom. As you can see in the video, she gave him a big thumbs up too - the ultimate win 😉 I don’t know about you but I was raised to make sure that my boyfriend’s parents and friends really liked me.
