Cartoon Network promos at that time used to stand out a lot thanks to their acid touch, several of these to promote the shows, including acquisitions like Garfield & Friends, which unlike the United States that moved from channel to channel from Nickelodeon (its current owner) at the end of the 90s until Toon Disney (current Disney XD) at the beginning of 2000, said series continued to air on Cartoon Network in Latin America and even its sister channels such as Boomerang in 2005 and Tooncast in 2008 until 2018. The way in which the Latin American division of Cartoon Network promoted Garfield & Friends was quite... special. From horror movie parodies to a "funeral" montage graphically depicting the messes Garfield makes on a daily basis (in the case of this video, you'll see the second example). While the first promo mentioned can be found easily on the internet (and to the point of getting quite a bit of infamy as it was the basis of Crappy Creppypastas, thanks Undea2...), the other one you see right now at that time could only be found in its reissued version for Tooncast in 2008 and of which can be found on his own YouTube channel. The original version of this promo, which was originally produced for Cartoon Network in 2004 (and was apparently speculated to have lasted only a short time on the air) remained lost on the internet, until now.
