Put soup mix and evaporated milk in a saucepan. - Add grated cheese and mustard powder and heat slowly to a simmer, stirring until thick and smooth. - Allow mixture to cool slightly and then spread over the slices of bread. - Roll up then place on a lined baking tray. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 180 oven for 10-15 minutes or cool the mixture and store in a jar in the fridge and make cheese rolls for the kids all week. Chopped onion filling Ingredients - 1 onion, fine chopped - 1 cup blue top milk - 1 tablespoon cornflour - 1 tablespoon butter - 1 cup grated tasty cheese - pepper to taste - Loaf of fresh bread, sandwich sliced Method - Simmer the onion in the milk. - Thicken with cornflour mixed to a smooth cream with a little extra milk. - Add butter.
