Wash and clean your potatoes. Preheat your oven to 392F/ 200C degrees. Throw potatoes on the baking tray, put them into oven, bake about 20-30min. (Check it with the fork, stick it in the middle, and if it's soft, it's good). 2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, but not concompletely throught the other side. 3. Dig the insides of the potatoes, and mash it. 4. Mix the insides with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped chives, garlic (dried or fresh), salt, and pepper), (you can add other stuff, like roasted bacon, smoked paprika powder, melted butter, whatever you want) 5. Stuff the potatoes with the mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. 6. Bake it another couple minutes, to let the cheese melt. 7. Also roast the bacon in the oven (and onion, if you like onion), it takes just couple minutes, until crispy. 8. Chop the bacon and sprinkle it on top of the pototoes ❣️🥔 _________________ Hi guys!
