Heat a pan with vegetable oil and lay out the chicken legs in it, salt and pepper to taste, fry the chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Take out the legs into a bowl. 2. Switch off the stove and add the honey, butter, chopped up garlic, ketchup and soy sauce into the same pan, switch on the stove at low heat and stir well. 3. Lay the fried chicken legs into the pan with the sauce and pour each leg with it. 4. Preheat oven to 350°F | 180°C and roast the legs in the pan for 18-20 minutes. 5.
