Heat oil and fry the chicken and keep aside .. In the same oil fry dry red chilli and keep aside .. Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil ,saute shallots ,green chilli ,curry leaves ,salt and ginger garlic paste till translucent .. Then add all powders and saute .. Now add chilli flakes and saute till the raw smell goes .. Then add tomato ketchup and mix ,saute for 5 minutes .. Now add hot water and mix ,boil and check the taste .. Add the fried chicken pieces and ,mix well.. Finally add fried chilli and curryleaves so the tasty easy spicy chicken kondattam is ready to serve [OnTyqNO2748] |
