Ingredients : 350 gms Boneless Chicken (preferable thigh portion, cut into cube size) (If using frozen chicken, thaw it well and please see that there is no water content in the chicken) 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil A small piece (5 gms) Ginger (finely chopped) 30 gms Garlic (finely chopped) 2 nos.
