Marinade 2 tbsp oyster suace 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp Shoaxing wine ¼ tsp sesame oil pinch white pepper This is a minimum marinade – you can add whatever you like. #chinesetenderbeef #chinesebeefmarinade Don't forget as with all recipes YOU have to taste along the way of cooking - all recipes may need adjusting to your own tastes.
