Praneet Kaur is a trauma focused therapist and primarily deals with relationship issues and sexual abuse trauma recovery cases. She practices Trauma Informed Therapy, Internal Family System and Inner Child Healing as her core approaches. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has been practicing for 3 + years now. She is the founder of Pour The Heart out which is an online platform for individual and group therapy.
