KYC के जरिए CNAP सर्विस से रोबोकॉल, स्पैम और धोखाधड़ी वाले नंबरों की पहचान आसानी से हो जाए. यह सर्विस फोन पर फ्रॉड करने वाले ठगों की पहचान उजागर कर देगी. TRAI ने सरकार से इसे जल्द लागू करने की सिफारिश की है. - मोबाइल फोन पर कॉलिंग नेम डिस्प्ले सर्विस अनिवार्य कर दें. - स्मार्टफोन निर्माता अनिवार्य रूप से इस सर्विस को शुरू करें. - सर्विस प्रोवाइडर, कस्टमर डेटाबेस से सवाल पूछकर इस सर्विस को शुरू किया जाए. - कस्टमर अप्लीकेशन फॉर्म (CAF) पर कस्टमर अपने सभी विवरण दें, जिससे उनकी पहचान हो सके.
