Here's what you'll need: Mushroom Rice 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) beef consomme 1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained or Fresh mushrooms 1 cup of white rice, uncooked 1/4 cup of butter, melted Here's what you'll need to do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium size bowl, combine the mushroom soup and beef consomme. Mix well. Add the uncooked rice, mushrooms and melted butter. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Fluff with a fork.
