Ingredients: 1 can of regular milk/ Carnation milk 1 can condense milk 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla pinch of salt Add all ingredient in a big pot. Cook mixture on medium high fire. Stir constantly to prevent milk form burning for 30 minutes. Mixture will change to a caramel color & thicken. After 30 minutes remove from stove and beat mixture rapidly with a whisk or hand blender for 10 minutes more until smooth. Use 2 spoons to scoop mixture & put it on wax paper with oil or butter on top. Let cremitas de leche harden and you're ready to enjoy. [Keihic2j1HI] |
