Add a spicy twist to your pasta night with our tantalizing Masala Pasta and share your feedback. #masalapasta #chickenvegetablepasta #sooperchefrecipes Masala Pasta Ingredients for Boiled Pasta: Water as required Salt 1 tsp Penne pasta 300 g Ingredients for Masala Pasta: Oil 3 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Boneless chicken chunks 500 g Tomato puree 1 cup Ketchup 2 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Onion (chopped) 1 cup Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Carrot (chopped) 1 cup Green onion (chopped) 1 cup Sweet corn 1 cup Hot water 1 cup Cheddar cheese 1 cup Boiled pasta Green coriander (chopped) as required Directions for Boiled Pasta Preparation: 1. In a pot heat water and add salt. Bring it to a boil and add pasta. Cook until pasta is 80% done. Strain and set aside. Directions for Masala Pasta Preparation: 2. In a pot heat oil and add garlic. Saute for a minute. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. 3. Add tomato puree, ketchup, coriander powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins. 4. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, green onion, sweet corn and cook for a minute. Add hot water, cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts. 5. Add boiled pasta and mix it well.
