Potong ikan gurami filet, belah punggung udang, potong, dan sayat-sayat cumi lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk 2. Marinasi dengan putih telur, maizena, baking powder, lada putih, dan garam, aduk rata 3. Potong-potong tahu telur tube lalu goreng beberapa saat, tiriskan 4. Di wajan yang sama, goreng ikan beberapa saat, tiriskan, goreng udang dan cumi 20-30 detik, tiriskan 5. Sisihkan minyak dan sisa kan sedikit lalu tumis bawang putih, jahe, dan daun bawang bagian putih hingga wangi 6. Masukkan jamur, bawang bombai, air, saus tiram, kecap asin, gula pasir, dan kaldu ayam bubuk, aduk rata 7. Larutkan maizena dengan air lalu masukkan ke dalam tumisan, tumis beberapa saat hingga mengental 8. Masukkan brokoli, wortel, tahu telur, ikan, udang, cumi, dan minyak wijen, aduk rata. Slice the gourami fillet. Slit the back of the shrimp. Slice and score the squid. Place everything in a bowl. 2. Marinate with egg white, cornstarch, baking powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well. 3. Slice the egg tofu, then fry for a moment. Set aside. 4. In the same pan, fry the fish shortly. Set aside. Fry the shrimp and squid for 20-30 seconds. Set aside. 5. Set aside the oil.
