Not many coaches or players know about it and, as a consequence, there are a lot of technical mistakes that players develop because of that and it prevents them from progressing! We all know that we have a dominant hand. Some people are righties, other lefties. But what we don’t all know is that we also have a dominant foot and a dominant eye and that the eye has to be taken into consideration when it comes to our technique in sports.
