| Video Discription | In this video, I will explain about the Donchian channel and the vortex indicator. Donchain channel is a very fine indicator, which indicates the volatility of the market. There are three lines in the Donchain channel. The upper line indicates the highest price of the stock price for the specific number of periods. Similarly, the lower line indicates the lowest price of the stock price for the specific number of periods and the middle line is considered as the average of the upper line and lower line. vortex indicator is used to identify the direction of the trend as well as the start of the trend. There are two lines in the vortex indicator. The green line is the positive vortex and it is called the uptrend line. The red line is negative vortex and it is called the downtrend line. When positive vortex line is above the negative vortex line then the stock will be in the uptrend. similarly, when the negative vortex line is above the positive vortex line then the stock will be in the downtrend. When the positive vortex line crossover the negative vortex line from downside to upside then it will be the bullish crossover. when the positive vortex line crossover the negative vortex line from upside to downside then it will be the bearish crossover In our first strategy, we will make our trade setup when the price closes near the upper line or lower line. vortex indicator will be used to identify the possibilities of the upcoming trend. In our second strategy, we will use double top and double bottom patterns in the Donchian channel and our trade entry will be decided by the vortex indicator.
