| Video Discription | There are many roads in South Korea that are motorcyclist's paradise. A few of them I have caught on video, especially in Gangwon-do, the province in the Northeast. This road, 460, I call the Top for 2 reasons. First, it is the northern most road across central South Korea. Secondly, there is neither a traffic light nor has their ever been any unreasonable traffic, leading to a most pleasururable experience on this road.
