It's not the first time Elias' modelling history has resurfaced in the media following his Love Island debut.He starred in a controversial ad campaign for Boost Juice in 2017, which was later banned following a public backlash.He fronted their 'Summer Warrior' campaign, which resulted in the company being accused of cultural appropriation.Elias and other models had worn fruit and body paint in the campaign images.
