That is John Jorgenson (Desert Rose Band, Hellecasters), who toured with Elton from 1995-1998, providing mandolin accompaniment and Music Director Davey Johnstone, still leading the band on Elton’s Farewell tour, switching back and forth between acoustic and electric guitars.
