Powered by a more powerful version of the Superfast’s 6.5-litre V12, it produces 819hp and 519lb ft of torque, and revs to 9,500rpm compared to the Superfast’s 9,000rpm. The engine features redesigned pistons, 40% lighter conrods, a rebalanced crank, new cylinder heads, F1-inspired cams, a redesigned intake, variable geometry inlet tracts and a titanium exhaust. The Competizione is equipped with extensive aerodynamic and cooling upgrades, and weighs 38 kg less than the Superfast while producing 30% more downforce.
