Is your baby moving less than usual? How do you know that - what you are feeling - is normal? In this video, Nathalie Kaufmann, Pregnancy and Birth Consultant and TCM Therapist, and Mathias Ritter, Researcher and Science Geek, discuss what is normal and what is not normal when it comes to your baby’s movements in the womb.
First, they explain when you can expect to start feeling your baby’s movements. Next, they explain the reasons for decreased fetal movements and they also discuss when babies normally move less in the womb. Most importantly though, they dispel some myths about why a baby is not moving in the womb.
Finally, they explain when to worry about your baby when baby is not moving as much. And of course, they also explain what to do if you cannot feel your baby move (as much).
